Centro de Acción Social por la Musica.

This awesome concert hall is located in Caracas, Venezuela. It Is the home of “el sistema” of youth orchestras. The place is amazing. The chairs are decorated by the internationally recognize venezuelan artist, Carlos Cruz Diez.
